Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Additionally, promotional items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

The refund will be applied to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number along with your phone number and email address for prompt service We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping. Mon Nallek Ink reserves the right to deny returns for any items that do not meet the return policy requirements.

If you purchased our product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return and exchange policy. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website.

We understand that sometimes changes are needed after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Our orders are processed quickly, so it’s important to reach out immediately.

Cancellation: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Modification: If you need to change the shipping address, update quantities, or swap out a product, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.

Please Note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. In such cases, you may need to wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return or exchange according to our return policy.
