What is the best skincare routine for my skin type?

Your skincare routine should be tailored to your specific skin type. Generally, it includes:

Cleansing: Use a gentle cleanser twice a day.

Toning/ Essence Toner: Apply a toner which balance your skin’s pH level.

Moisturizing: Use a moisturizer suitable for your skin type.

How do I know my skin type?

Skin types are usually classified into four categories:

Oily: Shiny, greasy appearance with large pores.

Dry: Flaky, rough texture with tightness.

Combination: Oily in the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) and dry or normal on the cheeks.

Sensitive: Prone to redness, irritation, or allergic reactions.

How often should I exfoliate my skin?

Exfoliation depends on your skin type:

Oily Skin: 2-3 times a week.

Dry/Sensitive Skin: Once a week.

Normal/Combination Skin: 1-2 times a week.

Over-exfoliating can lead to irritation, so start slowly and monitor how your skin responds.

Are your products cruelty-free?

What ingredients should I avoid if I have sensitive skin?

If you have sensitive skin, try to avoid:

 Fragrances

 Alcohol

 Harsh exfoliants like physical scrubs

 Retinoids (unless advised by a dermatologist)

 Sulfates

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to a product?
If you experience an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately. Rinse the affected area with cool water, and if the reaction persists or is severe, seek medical advice. Contact our customer service team to report the issue.
How can I check the expiry date of your products?

The expiry date or period after opening (PAO) symbol is typically found on the product packaging. It’s usually indicated as a number followed by the letter ‘M’ (e.g., 12M), which stands for 12 months after opening.

Do you offer sample sizes or trial kits?

No, However we do plan to offer sample sizes in the future.
